My Sister the Lavender Faerie

Elizabeth hosted a Faerie Tea Party yesterday and the kids and I had a marvelous time. We all dressed up as different faeries (Malachi was a Leprechaun.) I'm sure I'll share more pictures from that event later, but for now here is the Lavender Faerie.

It's awesome that Josh gave you a digital camera. I am definitely looking forward to seeing many, many pics of your adorable children. The picture of Elizabeth with her wings is rather cute too. Seeing your sister's smile always brightens my day because she is such a silly and fun person to be around.

Pass this question on to Elizabeth, unless you know of course, but how did she do those pointy ears? And get them to stick?

Ooh, ooh, I know! They're gelatin ears, right? And I must say that Elizabeth looks fabulous as a fairy. I'm not sure I could pull off pointy ears so well, but it makes me tempted to try it.

She has a kit of sorts, I believe, that came with the ears and special glue that hurts like the dickens to get off again. Gelatin sounds a lot less painful.
